Welcome to our Boardinghouse!

ELMIS Boardinghouse was built and started in 2015.

The rooms/flats are big (min. 35 sqm), bright and friendly.

Our suite ( 84 sqm) has a separate sleeping room and a very comfortable sleeping couch in the living room (could be used by adults) as well as a shower and a bathtub in the bathroom.

Each flat has a pantry kitchen and underfloor heating.

For families we have two separate rooms with a connecting door between (about 88 sqm).

Heddesheim is a very nice and save place to be.

Heddesheim ist near Mannheim, Heidelberg and Weinheim. You also can use public transport if you want to go to Mannheim, Heidelberg, Weinheim or Frankfurt.

It is a very nice and save village with restaurants, supermarket, butcher, bakery, surgeries, pharmacies and a lot of playgrounds for kids.

Nearby our flats there are also sport venues, and a lake/ indoor swimming pool.
